A man accused of fatally shooting his step-father two years ago has been found guilty on all charges in Polk County Superior Court.
According to Tallapoosa Judicial Circuit District Attorney Jack Browning, Curtis Kuhn gunned down his 59-year-old step-father Robert May back in September 2013.
Kuhn reportedly was living in the May family home on Parrish Road when the crime took place.
Attorneys for Kuhn are expected to appeal the verdict.
Kuhn was found guilty on charges of murder and aggravated assault (Family Violence Act), felony murder, and first degree cruelty to children.
Bartow County Senior Judge Shepherd Howell will decide on the sentence on September 28.
He could face life with or without parole, according to the judge.
