The following people were arrested on the listed dates and charges according to the Polk County Jail docket book.

The following people remain in the Polk County Jail.

  1. Ethel Lee Perkins, 52, of 357 Felton Burr Road, Rockmart, was arrested May 11 on charges of probation violation, driving on a suspended license, crack cocaine possession, cruelty to children in the first degree and theft by shoplifting in the first degree.
  2. Alex Lamar Poole, 20, of 11 Walnut St., Aragon, was arrested May 14 on charges of armed robbery, aggravated assault, theft by taking and bond drop.
  3. Brandon Larry Rhinehart, 25, of 2521 Highway 101, Aragon, was arrested May 12 on charges of simple assault and cruelty to children, both under the Family Violence Act (F.V.A.) and criminal damage to property.
  4. Pedro Salanas, 39, of 808 Russell St., Cedartown, was arrested May 12 on charges of false imprisonment and cruelty to children in the third degree, both under F.V.A.
  5. Bruce Anthony Taylor, 41, of 191 Dever St., Rockmart, was arrested May 17 on charges of theft by taking and criminal trespass.
  6. Jim Rome Willoughby, 30, of 3738 Rockmart Road, Rockmart, was arrested May 20 on charges of possession of burglary tools, criminal trespass, burglary and probation violation.

The following people have been released from the Polk County Jail.

  1. Kenneth Sheldon Albert, 31, of 137 Davenport St., Cedartown, was arrested May 20 on charges of simple battery and theft by taking.
  2. Tiffany Ann Allgood, 27, of 7776 Richardson Road, Winston, was arrested May 11 on a charge of driving on a suspended license.
  3. Chase Dayterrian Benham, 19, of 202 Hunter St., Rockmart, was arrested May 19 on charges of marijuana possession, disorderly conduct, crack cocaine possession and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
  4. Henry Brown, 40, of 41 Davistown Road, Taylorsville, was arrested May 12 on a charge of deposit account fraud.
  5. Norman Melvin Brown Jr., 41, of 252 Sandalwood Circle, Brunswick, was arrested May 17 on charges of open container and public drunk.
  6. Augustro Humberto Castro, 36, of 472 Fifth St., Cedartown, was arrested May 17 on charges of driving unlicensed and speeding.
  7. Terry Crawford, 28, of 23 Benedict School Road, Cedartown, was arrested May 13 on charges of cruelty to children and battery under F.V.A.
  8. Christopher Paul Durgin, 29, of 438 Wingfoot St., Rockmart, was arrested May 18 on charges of battery under F.V.A. and cruelty to children in the third degree.
  9. Godfary Tyrell Finley Jr., 24, of 422 Gordon St., Rockmart, was arrested May 14 on charges of theft by taking and first-degree forgery.
  10. Samual Troy Fortune, 36, of 46 Robinhood Road, Cedartown, was arrested May 13 on charges of simple battery and cruelty to children in the third degree, both under F.V.A.
  11. Francisco Ganzalez, 23, of 1708 6th St., Cedartown, was arrested May 18 on charges of public intoxication and on a hold from Floyd County.
  12. Courtney Sheree Garner, 25, of 25 B Blueberry Driver, Rome, was arrested May 12 on charges of cruelty to children in the third degree and simple battery under F.V.A.
  13. Marquel D. Gibson, 17, of 321 Central St., Cedartown, was arrested May 11 on charges of marijuana possession, failure to maintain lane and excessive volume from radio.
  14. Michael Ray Green, 31, of 579 Woodland Drive, Rockmart, was arrested May 13 on charges of battery, false imprisonment, both under F.V.A. and criminal trespass.
  15. Kenneth Lamar Head Jr., 46, of 1211 South Main St., Cedartown, was arrested May 12 on charges of bond drop, simple battery and cruelty to children in the third degree under F.V.A.
  16. Devan Brooke Hill, 20, of 405 Green View Court, Cedartown, was arrested May 13 on charges of obstruction, battery, disorderly conduct and pedestrian under the influence.
  17. Trintis Duane Hodges, 19, of 386 June Kemp Road, Aragon, was arrested May 19 on charges of drug possession, marijuana possession, obstruction and disorderly conduct.
  18. Wanda Renee Hooper, 56, of 230 Pea Ridge Road, Rockmart, was arrested May 13 on charges of battery and simple assault, both under F.V.A.
  19. James A. Keener, 41 of 94 Wise Road, Cedartown, was arrested May 12 on charges of driving on a suspended license and taillights.
  20. Steven Alan Kinard, 33, of 224 Valley Grove Road, Cedartown, was arrested May 17 on charges of simple battery and cruelty to children in the third degree, both under F.V.A. and interference with emergency call and elder abuse.
  21. Kevin Dwayne King, 32, of 1093 Crossroads Church Road, Rockmat, was arrested May 18 on charges of no seatbelt and deposit account fraud.
  22. Angelo Remontay Mathis, 37, of 314 Thompson St., Cedartown, was arrested May 11 on charges of possession of arms by a convicted felon and aggravated assault under F.V.A.
  23. Jeremy Brent Maulding, 28, of 686 Goodyear Ave., Rockmart, was arrested May 18 on charges of criminal damage to property, burglary, theft by receiving stolen property, and driving on a suspended license.
  24. Donnie McElwee, 58, of 211 Cobb St., Cedartown, was arrested May 18 on a charge of deposit account fraud.
  25. Ladarion Deonte Morris, 19, of 516 Williamson St., Rockmart, was arrested May 12 on two counts of disorderly conduct.
  26. Lora Lea Morris, 37, of 95 Striker Road, Cedartown, was arrested May 17 on charges of battery under F.V.A. and cruelty to children in the second degree.
  27. Michelle Leigh Murrieta, 24, of 58 Poke St., Rockmart, was arrested May 11 on charges of driving while license is withdrawn and taillights required.
  28. Eduardo D. Pineda, 19, of 100 Wilkes Court, Cedartown, was arrested May 16 on charges of driving on a suspended license and seatbelt requirement.
  29. Pamela Denise Pratt, 44, of 430 Oakridge Drive, Aragon, was arrested May 12 on charges of simple battery under F.V.A. and cruelty to children.
  30. Bruce Lee Privett, 34, of 410 Vinson Mountain Road, Rockmart, was arrested May 12 on a charge of driving on a withdrawn license.
  31. Luis Antonio Segura, 22, of 1007 Fairview Ave., Cedartown, was arrested May 12 on charges of giving false information and driving unlicensed.
  32. Kevin Myers Shellhorse, 35 of 400 Booger Hollow Road, Cedartown, was arrested May 17 on charges of DUI, failure to maintain lane and open container.
  33. J.B. Sisson, 71, of 1995 Reeceburg Road, Silver Creek, was arrested May 12 on charges of simple battery and cruelty to children in the third degree, both under F.V.A.
  34. Robin Lee Walker, 29, of 310 Stubb St., Cedartown, was arrested May 18 on charges of cocaine possession, possession of a schedule II narcotic, cocaine possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession and reckless conduct.
  35. Jason Michael Warren, 37, of 240 B Biles Road, Jackson, was arrested May 11 on charges of first-degree forgery.
  36. Britanya Jill Womack, 31, of 190 White River Road, Aragon, was arrested May 14 on charges of methamphetamine possession and possession of drug-related objects.
  37. Chad Kevin Wood, 46, of 36 Dudley Road, Buchanan, was arrested May 12 on charges of driving on a suspended license.
