The following people were arrested on the listed dates and charges according to the Polk County Jail docket book.

The following people remain in the Polk County jail.

  1. Cora Krystal Berry, 22, of 508 Prior Station Road, Silver Creek, was arrested June 10 on charges of theft by shoplifting and giving false information.
  2. Martin Steven Burge, 54, of 153 Blue Hole Road, Rockmart, was arrested June 2 on charges of obstruction of an officer, possession of a drug related object, first degree theft by shoplifting and probation violation.
  3. Kenneth Emanual Burruss, 25, of 2795 Wendy Lane, Marietta was arrested June 4 on charges of two counts obstruction, drugs across guard line and possession of cocaine.
  4. Douglas Ray Colvin, 51, of 708 Cleo Street, Cedartown, was arrested June 4 on charges of probation violation, driving while unlicensed, failure to stop at stop sign and DUI.
  5. Timothy Leon Davis, 45, of 1127 Old Rome Road, Aragon was arrested June 8 on charges of battery, criminal trespass, both under the Family Violence Act (F.V.A.) and parole violation.
  6. Jeremy Joseph Gibson, 17, of 14 Laurens Road, Rockmart was arrested June 7 on charges of two counts of burglary and two counts of theft by taking.
  7. Charles Shelton Luthor, 27, of 508 Prior Station Road, Silver Creek, was arrested June 10 on charges of theft by shoplifting and giving false information.
  8. Marshal Dewayne Moore, 29, of 703 Knight Road, Rockmart was arrested June 9 on charges of aggravated assault.
  9. Damon Leon Morris, 37, of 2806 Buchanan Highway, Cedartown was arrested June 6 on charges of reckless driving, obstruction, fleeing or attempting to elude police officer, driving while license suspended and failure to appear.
  10. Diamond Tyeshia Watkins, 31, of 204 Canal Street, Cedartown, was arrested June 9 for charges of open container, failure to stop at stop sign, DUI child endangerment and driving under influence.

The following people were released from the Polk County Jail.

  1. Kendall Davis Adams, 18, of 481 Pea Ridge Road, Rockmart, was arrested June 2 on charges of first degree forgery.
  2. Eric Aloson, 27, of 228 Gibson Street, Cedartown, was arrested May 31 on charges of driving with no license.
  3. Billy Joe Bagley, 42, of 77 Harris Loop, Cedartown, was arrested June 4 on charges of second-degree forgery, identity fraud and theft of services.
  4. Regina Kaye Ball, 54, of 407 Mountain Home Road, Cedartown, was arrested June 2 on charges of burglary, theft by taking and criminal damage to property.
  5. Larry Wayne Brown, 52, of 322 Pine Street, Cedartown, was arrested June 7 on charges of no seat belt and open container.
  6. Gregory Todd Calhoun, 45, of 4712 Collard Valley Road, Cedartown, was arrested June 3 on charges of two counts of carrying a concealed weapon, possession of firearm or knife, pointing or aiming gun or pistol, aggravated assault, simple assault, possession of a weapon during commission of a crime and reckless driving.
  7. Maria Delauz Carrasco, 34, of 202 N Broad Street, Cedartown, was arrested June 4 on charges of driving under influence and improper backing.
  8. Jose Carillo, 27, of 821 Georgia Avenue, Cedartown, was arrested June 5 on charges of driving while unlicensed, following too closely and child restrain violation.
  9. Mark Henry Carroll, 50, of 45 Peachtree Road, Rockmart, was arrested June 7 on charges of possession of methamphetamine.
  10. Pedro Castanada Alamilla, 30, of 2172 Lovvorn Road, Carrollton, was arrested May 31 on charges of DUI.
  11. Jason Rodney Cheatwood, 29, of 70 Berry Road, Cedartown, was arrested June 5 on charges of first degree forgery.
  12. Kevin Lee Childers, 34, of 827 Jones Avenue, Rockmart, was arrested June 7 on charges of speeding, possession of methampetamine, tampering with evidence and obstruction.
  13. Charlene German Couch, 48, o 706 Cassville Road, Cartersville, was arrested June 3 on charges of no seat belt and driving while license suspended.
  14. Darrell Shane Dutton, 27, of 136 Morris Road, Cedartown, was arrested June 6 on charges of criminal trespass and bond drop.
  15. Yoni Escalante, 27, of 690 Slusser Avenue, Cedartown, was arrested June 9 on charges of driving while unlicensed and no tag.
  16. Shaina Kay Garner, 28, of 898 Lake Creek Road, Cedartown, was arrested June 6 on charges of failure to maintain lane and DUI.
  17. Patricia Ann Headrick, 55, of 1549 Shiloh Road, Cedartown, was arrested June 8 on charges of drug possession, possession of firearm or knife during commission of a crime, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession and use of drug-related object.
  18. Edgar Tori Hernandez-Macario, 29, of 1004 Desoto Avenue, Rome, was arrested June 4 on charges of window tint, failure to maintain lane and driving with no license.
  19. Devan Brooke Hill, 20, of 405 Green View Court, Cedartown, was arrested June 6 on charges of theft by taking and first degree forgery.
  20. Michael J Hood, 36, of 309 Thompson Street, Cedartown, was arrested May 31 on charges of first degree cruelty to children and two counts of battery.
  21. Lavon King, 42, of 297 Paris Mountain Road, Rockmart, was arrested June 5 on charges of obstruction of 911 call, reckless conduct and two counts of simple battery.
  22. Patricia Ledbetter, 45, of 117 McKibbon Street, Cedartown, was arrested May 31 on charges of two counts of disorderly conduct.
  23. Miguel Angel Lopez-Perez, 36, of 264 South Lewis Road, Cedartown, was arrested June 6 on charges of driving with no license and child restraint violation.
  24. Ricky Dewayne McCulley, 37, of 2143 Johnson Lake Road, Cedartown, was arrested June 5 on charges of second-degree cruelty to children and third degree cruelty to children both under the F.V.A.
  25. Robert Craig McKnight, 49, of 680 Flint Hill Road, Aragon, was arrested June 9 on charges of DUI, failure to maintain lane, no tail lights and open container.
  26. Marcus W Odom, 48, of 724 College Drive, Cedartown, was arrested June 2 on charges of possession of controlled substances, abandonment of controlled substances and possession of controlled substances not in original container.
  27. Oscar Manuel Olanda, 30, of 807 Blance Road, Cedartown, was arrested June 6 on charges of driving without license.
  28. Kimberly Ann Pace, 20, of 227 Wieuca Way, Cedartown, was arrested June 8 on charges of reckless driving, seatbelt violation, basic speed law and failure to change address within 60 days.
  29. Devan Brady Peace, 18, of 3417 Johnson Lake Road, Cedartown, was arrested May 31 on charges of driving while unlicensed.
  30. Wayne Lee Runyon Jr., 46, of 368 N Fifth Street, Cedartown, was arrested June 4 on charges of terroristic threats and acts and disorderly conduct.
  31. Brian Seth Russell, 21, of 47 Apple Barrel Way, Taylorsville, was arrested June 5 on charges of DUI.
  32. Edith Scoffield, 27, of 100 Pine Crest Circle, Cedartown, was arrested May 31 on charges of aggravated assault under the F.V.A. and third-degree cruelty to children.
  33. Perry Melvin Strickland, 57, homeless, Cedartown, was arrested June 7 on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
  34. Maria Deluzseg Toledo-Segura, 26, of 430 Atlanta Street, Cedartown, was arrested June 7 on charges of driving while unlicensed and window tint.
  35. Victoria Wagner, 42, of 1517 Morris Road, Aragon, was arrested June 1 on charges of deposit account fraud.
  36. Rodney Wayne Wolfe, 45, of 481 Clearwater Street, Rockmart, was arrested June 6 on charges of theft by taking under the F.V.A.
  37. Nicholas Allen Wright, 17, of 101 Bennett Road, Rockmart, was arrested June 3 on charges of theft by receiving stolen property and criminal trespass.
  38. Ray Young, 32, of 465 Sherwood Drive, Rockmart, was arrested June 7 on charges of simple battery, battery both under the F.V.A and disorderly conduct.
