A man arrested back on August 11 for having a firearm in his possession is now facing additional charges, including aggravated assault and kidnapping.
According to Polk County Police reports, officers interviewed two women who say that a man had attacked them and forced them to go with him against their will.
Both victims stated that the suspect had made threats that he would kill their families.
Jail records show 29-year-old Dustin Ward of a Fornby Trail address in Aragon faces two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of kidnapping, two counts of terroristic threats and acts, two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, one count of aggravated battery, and a probation violation.
Ward remains in the Polk County Jail without bond at this time.
