The bond hearing for the four suspects accused in the armed robbery and murder of 21-year-old Daniel Leon has been postponed until mid-December.
A hearing was originally originally scheduled for Tuesday morning, but Polk County Superior Court Judge Michael Murphy allowed the bong hearing to be moved to December 15.
According to previous reports, Leon was shot and killed during an armed robbery incident early in the morning on Thursday, October 29 at the intersection of Jones and Thompson Streets.
Cedartown Police arrested Brandon Wilson, 17, of a Vance Avenue address, and Thomas Calhoun, 15, of an East Gibson Street address, on Friday, Nov. 6 on armed robbery and murder charges.
Tyler Davis, 18, of an East Ellawood Avenue address was arrested on Monday, Nov. 9 on armed robbery and murder charges.
A fourth suspect, 17-year-old Hennessy Frazier, turned himself in just after 7:00 PM Monday, November 9 evening to Cedartown Police.
All four suspects have remained in jail since their early November arrests.
