Christmas comes early in Cedartown with the Fourth Friday Concert Series and Cruise-In coming up this Friday in Downtown Cedartown.
According to organizer Jennifer Hulsey, people who attend the concert and cruise-in are asked to bring a new toy to donate.
“We thought we would start early this year and have some new toys that people can give,” said Hulsey. “Polk County gives back all the time and we thought it would be a good time to do that.”
The cruise-in begins at 6:00 p.m. on Prior Street, with a cruise down Main Street happening just before that.
Mr. Sinai Baptist Church and Galilee Baptist Church youth ministries will be providing food and drinks at the cruise-in and concert.
The live music begins at 7:00 p.m., says Hulsey.
“If you had fun last time, you’re going to have even more fun this time because we are adding another band,” said Hulsey. “Prior Station will be playing for us and Khaotik will be back by popular demand.”
Again the Fourth Friday Concert and Cruise-In begins at 6:00 p.m. this Friday with the cruise-in and the live music with Prior Station and Khaotik begins at 7:00.
