Both Rockmart and Cedartown High School graduation ceremonies this past weekend went over without a cinch with blue skies and smiling faces as the Polk County class of 2009 received their diplomas. Rockmart High School held their commencement exercises Friday evening at 7 p.m. as family and friends saw 180 seniors receive their ticket to the next chapter of their lives. On Sunday night, 192 Bulldogs shook Principal Hal David’s hand as they walked across the football field to receive their diplomas. From all of us here at the Big Double A, congratulations to the Class of 2009 and we wish you all the very best in the future.
