PSJ: Polk County Commission holding special called meeting Monday to consider veto override on paving requests

The Polk County Board of Commissioners is meeting Monday to consider an override request on the veto Chairman Marshelle Thaxton issued on a request to pave parking lots at Cedartown and Rockmart’s recreation areas.

An additional request from the City of Aragon for $40,000 for paving will also be considered during the meeting.
