Cedartown Police arrested a man Wednesday afternoon after he allegedly damaged a vehicle and then threatened to burn someone’s house down.
According to police reports, the suspect kicked the side of the victim’s car and struck the car window, causing it to crack.
The victim filed charges against him and when police placed him under arrest, he reportedly yelled from the patrol car that he would burn her house down when he got out of jail.
Police arrested 49-year-old George Edward Price of a College Drive apartment on charges of criminal trespass and terroristic threats and acts.
He remains in jail this morning with no bond set.
